Polyphenol breakfast bowl


One of my favourtie breakfasts.

1 cup frozen wild blueberries (or mixed berries)

20 gr coconut butter (coconut cream not oil)

coconut flakes

1 cup cashew or coconut yoghurt

1 tbs your favourite nut or seed butter

Hemp seeds

cinnamon to taste


In a saucepan add berries and a 3 tbs of nut milk or water and the cinnamon. Heat until it starts warming up to become a berry compote. Add the coconut butter and keep stiring until it melts. Once creamy remove form heat. Add coconut flakes.

In a bowl place the yoghurt and top with the berry compote, the hemp seeds, my paleo granola,  nut butter and enjoy!
