My yummy Paleo crust for sweet recipes

I have spent so much time finding a nice crust for chessecakes and tarts. I am very specific on sugar-free. When I day sugar-free I mean any type of sweetener free. I am also not a big fun of too-many-nuts crust recipes as I do find them quite heavy to digest. Coconut flour is such a great alternative. So this recipe was inspired by Kultured Wellness cookbook.

-1/2 cup coconut flour

-1/4 wallnut flour or flax meal

-1 egg

-1/2 cup a melted mixture of coconut oil and ghee


Mix all ingredients and add a bit more flour if you find it too runny. Press in a baking tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
