You can still eat out, shop from your favourite food stores, but I will help you make better choices.

We will clean your pantry, we will make new shopping lists and I will teach you how to make basic staples in no-time and how to your little ones involved too!
Recipe workshops. Let me show you how to make amazing recipes without the junk for yourself and your loved ones.
What to except? We will shop together, cook together, plan your week together. I want to educate you to make the best possible choices so that you and your loved ones experience vibrant health. Weight-loss, better sleep, increased energy levels, overall abundance and some cooking skills for sure.
Diet stops now. I am working on a one-on-one basis to understand each person's situation and needs, setting easy goals and actually providing an easy to follow strategy to achieve them. And the best part? I am there, by your side, all the way.
I am your live nutritionist available to listen to what you need to say, to answer any questions and to make this as effortless as possible for you.

Our ancient DNA requires to live barefoot in nature, eat real food and drink fresh clean spring water, move all day but also rest a lot, stay in the sunshine and breathe clean fresh air, rise on the daylight and sleep during the night, feel connected to our tribe and experience stress only when in danger.
Although our modern lifestyle is far from that by manifesting stress, poor nutrition and compromised organs, there are so many ways we can embrace our DNA by making smart, wholesome choices. That is all we can do in order to experience health in body and mind.
I am here to hold you and help you reach your health goals, be it weight-loss, more energy, or heal your relationship with food by taking a holistic approach. There is nothing I love more than sharing my passion for food and wellness, and it would be honour to work with you.
My goal is to show you how easy and enjoyable healthy eating can be and address the issues that are keeping you away from feeling your best self.
I have always been sort of healthy. I started reading about nutrition when I was around 18 years old. Since then I knew the healing power of foods and chose to experiment with different diets, foods and techniques. Although I was getting more knowledgable my health started declining around the age of 22. I had always suffering with guilt and confusion between what I should eat, want to eat and what I crave. I have also been having IBS symptoms and felt bloated more often than normal.
At around 23 years old I started having issues with my menstrual cycle. Although always in a normal weight and eating relatively healthy my gut also started complaining a lot. Gas, constipation, bloating and indigestion as well as an intense craving to eat all the food all day made me really suffer. I was feeling incredibly bad in my own skin, not being able to digest anything and having symptoms of depression. As I was already so "healthy" things did not make sense.
At around 25 I did a stool test that showed how compromised my gut was. Loads of opportunistic bacteria overgrowth, candida, and an demolished culture of probiotics. I was also missing important antioxidants and had loads of histamine issues. I was inflamed and unhappy. I was also full of heavy metals and BPA. NOT COOL.
I was fortunate enough to find the most incredible holistic doctor who showed me the way. Over a period of one year I started clearing my gut and rehabilitating it. I started detoxifying immensely with proper supplements and nutrition. I found all my intolerances and all the "correct" things that were actually hurting me.
I am now a human being again.
I want everyone to experience the transformation from being sick and tired to vibrant and healthy. I do not want anyone to suffer form digestive issues because damn it is hard! And there is a way out of it. Inflammation manifests into so much more if we do not address it and treat it. It is time we get well.

I have been through it all myself. I have tried all the diets, all the bio-hacks, I have gone though all the emotional baggage of binge eating, self-loathing and guilt.

But, I have also felt incredible empowerment through my food choices. When I finally started healing my digestion, when I really felt inside me how certain foods affected me, when, no matter how that girl looks like on the mirror, my insides are happy. And trust me, when the insides are happy the image on the mirror changes too..

You are not what you eat, you are what you digest. How has your digestions changed over the past weeks? (gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, constipation, heat-burn, indigestion)
I started with quitting sugar, already after a week, I felt that my face shrunk. My body is still affected by pregnancy and birth, a lot of bloating and inflammation. I finally returned to normal.
A healthy inside reflects on the outside! How are you feeling with your body image. Do you feel better than before in your own skin?
When I reached out to Eleni, I was not in a good place. After being a mum I had less time to care for myself, what I ate and how I cared for myself. 6 weeks of looking what it goes inside your body, it was so healing. I care what I eat because I care about myself when you are stressed or under pressure, most of us just look at food to calm the hunger - but when you actually pay attention to your hunger and what you eat - you then start to care about your body and yourself. I feel much better in my body now, it shows on my skin, my energy level and my appreciation for my body. I lost 5 kilos in the first 4 weeks, not a crazy amount, however enough to feel better about myself.
A healthy body is a rested one. Have you seen any differences in sleep during the program?
Before the program, I always needed a midday nap despite all the sugar I was consuming. Felt more tired than ever with a toddler running around, I needed all the cookies in the world to keep up. After starting the program, meaning good-bye sugar, I was sure I will need at least two naps during the day. The first week was tough for sure, but after that, I started having more energy. No naps at all now, and I sleep really well during the night (thanks to both my happy healthy toddler and the program)
Our relationship with food is often emotional, reaching for comfort and pleasure and then feeling guilty over our choices. How has this changed? Has your relationship with food changed? Binge-eating, guilt, regret, confusion, cravings?
When I started to think about what I am eating, I noticed changes not only on my body but my mood, my relationship with myself and my family. It is strange to say it, I feel I have more clarity, another joy to life. Excited. I do believe what you eat affects many things. I feel I have more control on what I eat and that affects my relationships with many things, I feel more in control of my life in some sort.
Did you receive enough support during your program?
The program itself aside, Eleni's support had the greatest impact on me. Walking this road alone, going through changes and temptations by myself was the scariest part. Eleni however offered to hold my hand every step of the road. When I was craving, I could just text her and she would encourage me to why I shouldn't and often give me alternatives to calm my temptations. From helping choose from the menu,

Absolutely! Upon our first meeting we discuss your current situation and health goals and we decide from there how we will proceed. My coaching is based to some fundamentals that I will talk you trough but the actual coaching is tailored to your specific needs and your support.

You will receive daily support, loads of recipes and suggestions to try at home, step-by-step guides on why we set-up specific goals each week and how we will implement these changes.

If you live in Berlin we can meet at my space, your space or somewhere out. We will drink tea together and I will walk you through each step! If you are not located in Berlin we will have weekly skype calls.
WHAT ABOUT MY SOCIAL LIFE?
You can still eat out! Yes! But I will help you choose wisely and make sure you support your body and align with your goals.
