I am a yoga teacher and holistic health coach based in London. Over the past 6 years I have travelled around the world for workshops and trainings with life changing teachers, my teachers, Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers. I have also practiced extensively alongside Kino McGregor, and Meghan Currie. My mission is to help people connect with their body and practice radical self-love through movement and healing foods. I love guiding people into deep and dynamic Vinyasa flows, therapeutic Yin yoga sequences and traditional Hatha yoga classes while being led by the breath into slow and strong intuitive sequencing. My flows are strong and creative, focusing on inversions, backbends and standing postures to build up strength and flexibility in a balanced way.
Trainings and Education
200HR PRANA FLOW AND MANDALA OF ASANAS, SHIVA REA, COSTA RICA 2018, GREECE 2019, LONDON 2019, AMSTERDAM 2019
She can be called the mother of Vinyasa flow, Shiva Rea, the most life-changing person I have ever come across. This training influenced me to the core, allowing my practice and teaching to become heart centered and deeply rooted.
250hr TTC, YOGA VIDYA GURUKUL INDIA, 2014
This was my fundamental training, in the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ahram in India. The Ashram experience was the most important experience of my life. I bow to my teachers and commit to spread the message of the practice.
100HR ASHTANGA IMMERSION, KINO MCGREGOR & TIM FELDMAN. Triyoga, London, UK, 2015
I spent two weeks practicing with Kino Mc Gregor and Tim Feldman, the Ashtanga yoga Primary series. It has been one of the most influential experiences for me as we really looked into anatomy, technique, and philosophy. Although I am not a solely Ashtanga practitioner, I always incorporate the principles in my practice and classes.
120HR, YIN YOGA, SARAH POWERS. Triyoga, London, UK, LEVEL 1 2015 LEVEL 2 2018
I spent one week with the amazing Sarah Powers in London. I completed Level I of the Yin Yoga teacher training. I love teaching Yin Yoga for its healing benefits and soothing effect. I also incorporate it in my more dynamic classes.
80HR, UNNATA AERIAL YOGA, TANYA POPOVICH. Swaha Yoga Center, Athens, 2015
I chose to train in Unnata Aerial Yoga, a system of Yoga using the hammock as a prop to elevate the practice and take it deeper. Unnata Aerial Yoga takes variations on traditional asanas as well as giving the opportunity to access the body in a different way.

BIG GRATITUDE FOR MY TEACHERS, ANASTASIA BILIRI AND ALESSANDRO OTTORNA. Always my teachers and my gurus in Athens, Greece. Anastasia who was there after my trip to India, to always be an example of the most inspiring Yoga teacher. Always approaches the practice and her students with humbleness and respect. And Alesssandro who taught me the art of meditation and as I have retreated with him many times. A teacher who is devoted to the practice in its most traditional way, devoted to help his students gain the tools to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
a bit more about me
A bit more about me...
I have a background in Marketing and Communication and Fashion Design. While working in the fashion industry in London, and having already been a yoga student for two years, I decided to take myself on an adventure. They say that life begins at the end of your comfort zone, so I booked a ticket to India and went solo to learn life. I spent a month in an Ashram, in the middle of nowhere, with like minded people from all over the world and teachers that taught me the ancient practice of Yoga. Since then I have been attending more trainings and more workshops with life changing teachers form around the globe. I have practiced with many yogis and yoginis who aim to find balance and who touched me and influenced me somehow. I have experienced first hand the transformational effects of the practice, on my own body and life, as well as from my fellow practitioners and students that I had the honour to meet and guide.
Yoga is for me something that I can always come back to. A toolbox, a very practical guide, to self-discovery, self-love or to simply connect with myself.
I love sharing my practice with you, to inspire you and help you experience deep connection with your body and mind.
